Registration

All registrations can be accomplished and paid online.  Nearly every question you have regarding registration can be answered on this page.  Please read the following instructions.

USA Hockey registration is a yearly requirement.  Registrations are good through the end of August of each year, however, we require the new USA Hockey number once the fall season registrations begin.  Players without a current USA Hockey registration cannot be rostered on any team.  Click here to register with USA Hockey.  The USA Hockey registration number is required before continuing to register.

Returning players, your information is in our database.  Please do review all information.  Especially email addresses and phone numbers.  The default email address for registration information goes to the email address associated with 'Parent 1'.  

To view/update player records, when you reach the last page of registration, the page title will be "Player Registration Form".

1. Select 'returning player' 
2. Click on the link "retrieve your access code" which will take you to a new page
3. Enter first and last name
4. Enter birthdate

5. Click "Submit"

6. The access code will be emailed to you.  If your email address has changed please send an email to webmaster@csaha.com to have it updated. 

7. Click on the link to "return to registration form"
   

Once you've received the access code: 

Click "Submit Access Code" - you will receive a message that "access code has been verified"

Please update the birthdate, player position, etc. and any other information such as address, phone numbers, etc.   If you have any issues please email webmaster@csaha.com.

New Players simply select "New player" and fill in the blanks!

Following the player registration form are the selections for registration.  Please mark the program for which you're registering and the payment you will be making.  If you are simply needing to update player information, please send an email to the webmaster.

Be sure to click 'Continue' at the bottom of the player registration form to save your registration information.  You will be taken to a confirmation page to confirm your entries.
